Clavicular Braden Eric Peters Massachusetts Criminal Charges: Influencer Faces Rape and Drugging Allegations
Braden Eric Peters, the 20-year-old internet influencer known as Clavicular, is facing criminal charges in Massachusetts stemming from an alleged sexual encounter at his family’s Cape Cod home in May 2025.
According to court records reported by multiple outlets, Peters faces one count of rape, one count of administering a drug or other substance for sexual intercourse, and one misdemeanor count of procuring alcohol for a person under 21. The case was filed in Orleans District Court on September 8, 2026, and Peters has been summoned to appear for arraignment on October 14.
The allegations concern an encounter that prosecutors say occurred on May 23, 2025, in Chatham, Massachusetts. A police complaint reportedly alleges that a teenage girl was intoxicated and that Peters engaged in sexual activity without her consent. The criminal allegations appear to overlap with claims previously made in a civil lawsuit filed in Florida by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who is known online as Alorah Ziva.
Peters’ representatives have disputed the allegations. His attorney has previously described the claims in the civil case as unproven and said Peters intends to defend himself through the appropriate legal process. More recent reporting also says Peters had not been physically served with the Massachusetts criminal summons at the time of publication.
The Massachusetts case adds to a series of legal issues involving Peters in 2026. He previously faced Florida proceedings connected to an alleged battery incident and was also charged over an incident involving the discharge of a firearm during a livestream in the Everglades. Those matters are separate from the Massachusetts rape and drugging allegations.
Peters has not been convicted of the Massachusetts charges. The allegations will be addressed through the court process, beginning with his scheduled October 14 arraignment. Further developments are expected as the case proceeds.
